Nichole Surber, MA, LCMHC-A, NCC

Nichole Surber is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who helps individuals, couples, and families find steadiness in the midst of anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Whether someone is navigating the effects of a painful past or simply feeling stuck in the present, Nichole offers a grounded, compassionate space to sort through what’s going on and begin building something new.

Nichole didn’t come to this work by accident. Before becoming a therapist, she spent nearly a decade mentoring college students in a university setting, serving as Director of Student Life and teaching courses in intercultural studies and small group dynamics. That season of life took her across 42 countries and all seven continents — experiences that shaped her belief in the power of growth, resilience, and human connection.

Today, she draws from those same values in her counseling work. Nichole is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a highly effective method for processing trauma, anxiety, and lingering emotional wounds. She blends this with a cognitive behavioral approach, helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behavior — and how to create meaningful change, one step at a time.

Clients describe Nichole as calm, steady, and insightful. She brings a clear and thoughtful presence to the therapy room, whether working with someone facing PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition. Her style is collaborative and direct, with a focus on practical progress — not pressure.

If you’re ready to explore what healing might look like, Nichole offers a space where you can be heard, supported, and equipped for what’s next.

Jackie Boyce, MSW, LCSW-A, LCAS-A

“Healing starts here—one step, one story, one session at a time.”

Jackie believes that life can often feel heavy—and that no one should have to carry that weight alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A), she is passionate about helping individuals find hope, healing, and practical tools for lasting change.

Jackie provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can share their stories and begin creating the lives they want to live. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Therapy, Strengths-Based strategies, Person-Centered therapy, and Christian counseling for those who wish to incorporate faith into their healing journey.

Her focus is always on meeting each client where they are and partnering with them as they take meaningful steps forward. Jackie is dedicated to helping others feel lighter, stronger, and more in control of their lives—one session at a time.
